The Tyson Red Label Hot N Spicy Breast Filets are made with chicken breast and rib meat. With a wheat flour breading and cayenne, paprika and pepper seasoning, these hot 'n spicy breast filets have a spicy flavor. These filets can be used in a wide variety of center-of-plate applications. Ideal for cafes, diners, hotels, and restaurants, this bulk case comes with 2 packs of Tyson Red Label hot 'n spicy breast filets.

NAE Uncooked Hot 'N Spicy Chicken Breast Filet Fritters with Rib Meat

Preparation type: DEEP FRY

Preparation instructions: Appliances vary, adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 165F as measured by a calibrated thermometer. Deep Fry Preheat oil to 350F. From frozen, place in a fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket. Do NOT over pack product in basket. Cook the product for 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking. For best performance hold product on a sheet pan, uncovered, with a wire rack, above 135F in a dry heat environment.
